4. Authenticity guarantee

Every watch sold by Halden is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Each watch is inspected by our specialists before sale. If any watch purchased from us is proven not to be genuine, we will refund the full purchase price.

5. Warranty

All watches come with a [12/24]-month Halden warranty covering the mechanical movement against defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage resulting from misuse, wear and tear, straps, glass or crystals, or watches that have been opened, repaired or serviced by third parties. 6. Prices and payment

9. Delivery, risk and ownership

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Halden and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Watch brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, as set out in our Legal Notice.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
