Shipping Policy
Every Halden watch is shipped fully insured, securely packaged and tracked from our hands to yours.
Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–2] working days after payment and any required identity verification have been completed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
UK delivery

- Insurance: every shipment is fully insured for its value while in transit

International delivery

Discreet and secure packaging
For your security, all parcels are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging, with no indication of their contents or value.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery requirements
- Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are unable to change the address once an order has been dispatched.
- For security reasons, we may only deliver to the verified billing address or an address approved by us.
- The courier may ask for photo ID on delivery.
- If delivery fails, the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please do not sign for it, or note the damage when signing, and contact us immediately at [email]. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will investigate with the courier.
Risk
Your watch remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
